  Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Diana and I want to thank every one of our partners that pray for and sacrificially give to Missions. We could do absolutely nothing without both, and we are so thankful for you, our Partners in the Ministry.

In fact, in honor of our Partners in the Greater Memphis area, we are giving our first Partners in Ministry Luncheon. 

     This will be our way of saying thanks to you, our partners, for all you've done for us. We'll provide a special meal and even a gift just for you. We'll also show you live footage of Crusades this year and talk about some very exciting things to come. Hopefully this will be a time of great fellowship, food, and even Ministry to our Lord. This will be very relaxed and informal, so please come with nothing but an appetite, and be blessed by us, as we give thanks to God for you, our special Partners in Ministry. This pre-holiday Luncheon will be held at the QUANTOM HOMES SHOWROOM, in their beautiful Conference Room, at 5690 Summer, just west of Sycamore View.

     Just a few weeks ago, we returned from an incredible trip to Peru. I can't tell you how uneasy I was leaving the states. I've even had partners tell me that they felt extreme danger for us in their spirit. I want to thank God again for moving on the hearts of partners to pray for us while in Peru. And again, this is a testimony to the power of prayer. About 5 days before leaving the Lord showed me in a dream that Satan was going to try to kill me on this trip to Peru. It was very real and I knew that God was warning me and telling me to pray. But at the same time I was assured that he would not succeed. For fear of alarming people, I told no one but Diana. We both took this very serious and began to come against any and all attacks of the enemy.

     On the day of our departure, we were emailed by our friend in Peru, telling us bad news. For the next several days the roads would be dangerous because of a last minute Transportation Strike. In fact, the Bus lines wouldn't even sell tickets because they didn't want to be responsible if someone was hurt on the road due to violence, which can happen. So with no other choice, Diana and I took a plane out of Lima, Peru to another city in the jungle. From there we drove 17 hours by 4 wheel-drive Truck through incredible roads cut out of the sides of the Andes Mountains, the 2ond highest mountains in the world! But we did arrive safe and sound in Cococho. For 3 days we shared the love of God with about 2,000 people a night from all over this Amazon Region. What a mighty God we serve.

     After returning 17 hours through the mountains to the jungle city of Tarapoto, we held 2 more open-air Crusades, and Diana a Woman’s Conference. Many came to Christ, and many received wonderful healings from the Lord. Also because of your Missionary Gifts, we were able to buy a very nice Sound System for a new Church there. It cost $620 US Dollars, and was cheaper to get there than in the states.

     The last scheduled service of this trip was on Sunday night the 25th of September. It was in Apostle Jaimie Gomez's Church which is Diana's Pastor and Spiritual Father in the Lord. They had just introduced us to come and minister when a 7.5 Earthquake hit. I saw 40 foot high concrete block walls shaking like jell-O, and the concrete floor rolling like the Ocean. The arched metal roof which looks like an Airplane hanger was  moving like sails on a boat.  Diana and I were both within falling distance of the 40 foot walls as the power and lights went out. I screamed for Diana and somehow in the dark with a 1000 other people got to her, trying to get her away from this monstrous wall that had looked like it was coming down any second. But now with lights out and trapped with a 1000 other people, we couldn't move. Only wait and pray. After about 2 or 3 minutes, this 7.5 Earthquake finally stopped. People were crying, children were screaming, and everybody was embracing each other. It was incredible! The worship leader grabbed my guitar and began singing by candlelight. Hundreds of people gathered around the platform in worship. Some were prostrate on their faces or knees. All had their hands lifted up to God crying out for His Mercy. Still many embraced each other. After about 30 minutes they asked me to go ahead and preach by candlelight and car headlights with my translator. It's a moment I'll never forget. I felt as if I were enveloped in a blanket of God's Presence. He had given me a  word to preach before the service ever started. A word about the Last Days, and the Signs of the Times. Of Christ soon return for His Church.

     Only God knows how many received Christ that night, because everyone in the Church prayed the PRAYER of SALVATION. Some 500 houses were badly damaged, people died, and this 7.5 Earthquake, the first in Tarapotos History, was felt in 4 Nations of South America. But WE WERE SAVED!

     Please continue to hold Diana and I up in prayer as we go to the Nations for the Cause of Christ! We have 3 big Crusades in 3 months. Together we're making a difference!
